Orders

1.) What payment types do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) as well as PayPal. Please note that prices are in USD.

2.) My order is partly fulfilled. What does this mean?

Donā€™t worry! This is a completely normal situation. This just means that different items of your order may have been shipped from different warehouse locations or they have a delay due to sale items or back-order products.

3.) Will I receive my items in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages to ensure quality in packaging, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

4.) Can I cancel my order?

Our order process is automated to distribute products quickly and accurately. We do apologize, but once the order has been placed it can NOT be cancelled. We receive a lot of orders and we are unable to go though them individually, as this would cause delays to other orders. Please review your items carefully before completing your orders.

5.) I just placed an order and would like to change it. How do I do that?

Once your order has been placed we are unable to make any adjustments, this includes: cancelling, adding, removing or updating any items in your order. We are also unable to combine multiple orders.

6.) I'm placing an order as a gift, how do I make sure no prices are shown in the order?

Donā€™t worry! There are no prices printed on our packing slip.

Shipping

1.) Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide using USPS mailing services.

2.) How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping times can vary depending on where you live.

Orders are usually processed within 2 business days using USPS mailing services. Due to high volume of orders, orders may take up to 14 days to ship.

Shipping carriers may be experiencing additional delays due to the impact from COVID-19, so we arenā€™t able to guarantee delivery by an exact date.

3.) Do you offer express shipping?

We do not offer express shipping at this time.

4.) My order just shipped! Why does the tracking link I received not work?

It's not a problem ā€” your package is on its way! Tracking information for shipments can take a few days to be updated.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. If you received a shipping confirmation on Friday or before a holiday, your order may not leave our facility until the end of the next business day.
